Q: When is my payment due?
A: Your payment should be received in our office on or before the date noted in the payment summary located in the upper right corner of your bill statement.
Q: Can I pay for my telephone service with a credit card?
A: Not at this time. We do, however, offer online billing, which allows you to make a one-time payment or set up automatic monthly payments using your checking or savings account. We also offer a direct payment plan for those who do not have access to the Internet. If you elect to use this plan, you will have approximately 15 days to review your bill before the payment is automatically withdrawn from the checking or savings account you specify.
Q: Do the Granite State Long Distance 10 cent per minute and 15
cent per minute plans apply to calling card calls?
A: No. Domestic calling card calls are discounted 26% when your calls reach $10.00 or
more per month and 11% if your calls are less than $10.00 per month.
Q: Are international calls discounted?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What types of calling cards do you offer?
A: We have unrestricted calling cards that can be used most anywhere and restricted call-home-only calling cards.
Q: How many calling cards may I have?
A: You may have as many calling cards as you need; restricted, unrestricted, or both!
